Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
• Seven years' experience in supply chain management, logistics or operations.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SCM software/ERP and MS Office.
• Leadership to guide cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Certification in SCM (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise the supply chain process.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability and cost.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
• Manage inventory to meet demand while minimising costs.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely replenishment.
• Implement best practices for warehousing and fulfillment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Establish contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies.
