Aruma is seeking a Process Analyst to drive continuous improvement across service delivery. You will analyse operations, map workflows, and document requirements to enhance efficiency and participant outcomes.

Collaborating with operational teams and stakeholders, you’ll support transformation initiatives and contribute to positive change for people with disabilities and the organisation. This role suits someone who enjoys practical problem solving and applying Lean/Six Sigma thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience as Process Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with process mapping, documentation, or improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Map current and future state processes.
• Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and project artefacts.
• Support change management and project delivery activities.
