Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead ANZ to shape and deliver pricing strategies that protect margin and drive sustainable growth in Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, you’ll work with finance, commercial, procurement, operations and markets teams to align pricing decisions with margin expectations.

You’ll lead pricing initiatives, review cost movements, and support the sales force with timely pricing insights while mentoring a Pricing Specialist team and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, Economics
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant pricing/finance experience
• Strong commercial acumen to identify pricing risk and opportunity
• Excellent analytical skills turning data into business insights
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across functions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across the ANZ market and tech portfolio
• Review cost and pricing movements, monitor margin performance and drive improvements
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to understand key cost drivers
• Provide timely pricing support to sales in partnership with market pricing teams
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and advise on growth
• Manage annual pricing renewal, rebates, and pricing for new products
• Coach and develop Pricing Specialist team with PMM Lead
