Job summary

Pathway Search LLC. seeks an experienced Presales Solutions Architect to advise customers on Microsoft 365 strategy and design end-to-end solutions across SharePoint, Copilot and Purview. You will bridge sales and delivery, shaping requirements and ensuring what is sold is built.

The role requires guiding business and IT leaders, whiteboarding architectures, writing winning proposals, and staying close to delivery to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proven advisory experience guiding senior business and IT stakeholders on Microsoft 365 strategy, governance and adoption.
• Ability to build credibility at executive level and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong written skills for proposals, statements of work and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery with customers.
• Conduct discovery with prospects to capture problems, needs and desired future state.
• Present industry use cases showing what's possible with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Provide strategic guidance on roadmaps, governance and modern workplace adoption.
• Run requirements workshops translating business problems into clear technical requirements.
• Deliver advisory engagements like current-state assessments and roadmaps.
