Job summary

Versent is seeking a Microsoft M365 & Copilot Specialist to help enterprise clients maximise the value of Microsoft investments and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions. You will work within the Cloud Access team to collaborate with Microsoft, Sales and Customer Success to drive renewals, adoption and growth across Microsoft 365 and related Copilot offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Licensing or Technology Sales.
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, Modern Work and AI solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and AI.
• Curiosity, initiative and a drive to deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft 365 solution recommendations.
• Provide licensing, technical and adoption guidance across Microsoft 365, Modern Work and Security workloads.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Teams to support customer retention, growth and long-term success.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops and technical consultations that showcase Microsoft capabilities and business value.
• Identify opportunities to optimise customer environments through improved licensing, adoption and platform utilisation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 products, licensing models and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and partner ecosystems to deliver best-practice recommendations and customer outcomes.
• Support renewal and commercial discussions through licensing expertise and technical consultation.
