Job summary

Novus Pathway is seeking a consultative architect to bridge sales and delivery, shaping customer requirements and designing solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will oversee implementation to ensure what was sold is built, and contribute in workshops, proposals, and tender responses.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in presales or customer-facing design, strong SharePoint Online expertise, and hands-on Power Platform governance experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a presales or customer-facing design role
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online solutions
• Strong Power Platform experience incl. governance and environment strategy
• Experience with Microsoft Purview: labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment or adoption
• Ability to translate customer requirements into designs, estimates and proposals
• Experience overseeing implementation and guiding delivery teams to go-live
• Excellent written skills for proposals and tender responses
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data platform components

About the role

You'll sit between sales and delivery: shaping customer requirements, designing solutions across SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and overseeing implementation, so what was sold is what gets built.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone who can whiteboard an architecture in a workshop, write the proposal that wins the work, and stay close enough to delivery to keep it on track.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to qualify opportunities and lead technical discovery with customers
• Run requirements workshops with business and IT stakeholders, translating business problems into clear technical requirements
• Author proposals, statements of work, solution designs, effort estimates and responses to RFPs and tenders
• Design end-to-end solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio), Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Architect information management, intranet and document management solutions on SharePoint
• Oversee delivery to ensure solutions are built to the agreed design, scope and quality
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery consultants and developers

Essential skills and experience

• Microsoft 365 solution architecture or senior consulting, with at least 2 years in a presales or customer-facing design role
• Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online solutions (intranets, document management, information architecture)
• Strong Power Platform experience across Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, including governance and environment strategy
• Practical experience with Microsoft Purview: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery and information protection
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment or adoption, including permissions and oversharing remediation
• Proven ability to gather customer requirements and turn them into solution designs, estimates and proposals
• Experience overseeing implementation and guiding delivery teams through to go-live
• Strong written skills for proposals, tender responses and design documentation
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or the Azure data platform (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, data governance)
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Information Protection and Compliance Administrator (SC-401) or Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600)
