This hands-on leadership position requires strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities to translate strategy into practical actions that support organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in business planning, performance reporting, analytics or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Drive an integrated enterprise business planning cycle translating strategy into priorities and measures.
• Connect planning, budgeting, workforce considerations and portfolio prioritisation to drive outcomes.
• Combine business knowledge with financial, operational and performance data to generate insights.
• Provide proactive leadership and build trusted relationships across the organisation.
• Translate complex workforce data into meaningful insights for timely action.
