Job summary

Lotterywest is seeking a Senior Manager Planning, Insights & Performance to translate strategic direction into practical outcomes. You will lead enterprise planning, performance reporting and portfolio prioritisation across the organisation in WA, working with the CEO, Executive Team and Board to drive informed action.

This fixed-term 2-year full-time role offers a competitive salary of AU$144,755–AU$154,717 per year plus 12% super, and the chance to influence Lotterywest and Healthway

Responsibilities

• Drive an integrated enterprise business planning cycle that translates strategic direction into clear priorities, actions, measures and accountabilities.
• Connect planning, budgeting, workforce considerations and portfolio prioritisation so effort and investment are directed to agreed organisational outcomes.
• Combine business knowledge with financial, operational and performance data to generate practical insights and support timely management action.
• A proactive and solutions‑focused leader with strong experience in business planning, performance reporting, analytics, insights or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.
• Highly developed analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business and workforce data into meaningful insights that drive performance and support strategic decision‑making.
