• Significant experience in business analysis, performance insights, organisational improvement and business transformation.
• Ability to analyse complex business challenges and develop practical, value-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing business cases, reports and decision-support materials.
• Experience with Power BI and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis and performance insight activities across Infrastructure Services Group.
• Engage stakeholders to document requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and consultations to support solution development.
• Develop business cases, recommendations and implementation plans.
• Support business readiness and operating model improvement during transformation.
• Contribute to reporting, dashboards and information products for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure governance and consistent business processes.
