Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership capability aligned to Council's Leadership Blueprint.
• Experience leading planning, budgeting or performance analytics for service contracts.
• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, dashboards and performance measures.
• Experience coordinating procure to pay controls, including approvals and receipting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning and Analytics function for contract services within Public Space Operations.
• Oversee operational planning, forecasting, performance reporting and scheduling governance.
• Ensure data quality and insights to support decision making and continuous improvement.
