Job summary

SA Power Networks is seeking an experienced People Partner to lead organisational design and strategic partnering for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work with executive leaders to shape structures and operating models, support change initiatives and build capability across two portfolios.

Reporting to the Head of People Partnering and Planning, you will drive workforce planning and business-aligned people strategies, influencing stakeholders through complex changes and delivering

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• Experience leading organisational design or large-scale people-change initiatives.
• Strong partnering with executives and senior leaders.
