Bank First is seeking a People Partnering Lead to shape workforce strategy and organisational design, partnering with Executive leaders to drive transformation. You will lead the People Partnering function, delivering practical, data-driven insights to influence decisions and support our people and communities.

In this role you will build trusted relationships across the business, navigate change with resilience and bring a commercial mindset to balance people priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HRM/Business/Psychology or related discipline.
• Ability to earn trust and influence through insight, practical advice and delivery.
• Experience shaping organisational design, workforce transformation and business change.
• Commercial mindset balancing people priorities with business objectives.
• Curiosity, resilience and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach and a passion for helping people and organisations thrive.
