Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Strategic People Partner to partner with senior leaders across the organisation. This 15-month role focuses on delivering people strategies that enable growth, build capability, and create exceptional employee experiences.

You will work closely with General Managers and stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical people solutions, guiding workforce planning, organisational design, leadership development, and culture initiatives with a strong data-driven

Qualifications

Senior HR/People partner experience partnering with leaders and translating business needs into people solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong data literacy and ability to measure impact of people programs.
