Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Ability to earn trust and influence through insight, practical advice and delivery.
- Experience shaping organisational design, workforce transformation and business change.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executives to influence organisational design, workforce strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Lead People Partnering to bridge the gap between current and future operating models and workforce change.
- Build trusted relationships and influence decisions to support today's performance and tomorrow's organisation.
