Job summary

Journey Beyond in Adelaide seeks a commercially minded HR professional to partner with leaders through organisational change and transformation initiatives. You will translate business objectives into practical people solutions and design scalable structures.

You will lead organisational design, workforce planning and change management programs, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders to ensure objectives align with employee experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
• Demonstrated HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong organisational design, change and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute structural changes with GM, HR and leaders to design future-state operating models.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive end-to-end restructures.
• Provide trusted advisory support on organisational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Co-design future-state structures with leadership and create phased transition plans.
• Develop clear change communications to explain the rationale behind structural shifts.
• Project manage transitions from business case through consultation to implementation.
