Job summary

QBCC, Queensland's independent building and construction regulator, is seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to deliver practical initiatives strengthening culture, engagement and employee experience across the organisation. You will work with leaders and People and Culture colleagues to translate feedback into evidence-based improvements.

You will lead projects from diagnosis through design to implementation and evaluation, facilitate workshops, and develop tools and guidance for feedback,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in organisational development or employee experience.
• Ability to translate insights into practical improvements and outcomes.
• Lead workshops, consultations and deliver evidence-based solutions.
