Job summary

Queensland Building & Construction Commission – Brisbane QLD is seeking a Senior People Experience Partner to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement and employee experience. You will partner with leaders to turn feedback into practical solutions and drive improvement projects across the organisation.

With hands-on OD/employee experience expertise, you will develop tools, lead workshops and evaluate outcomes to sustain positive change in how people experience work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in organisational development or employee experience.
• Ability to turn insights into practical improvements.
• Analytical judgement to interpret employee feedback and data.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, inclusion and employee experience.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to turn feedback into practical solutions.
• Lead defined projects from diagnosis and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate workshops and consultations to develop effective approaches.
• Create tools and guidance that support feedback, recognition, growth, performance and leadership.
• Embed new ways of working, track outcomes and recommend improvements.
