Renewal SA in Adelaide seeks an experienced People and Capability Business Partner to join the People and Transformation team. You will partner with leaders to deliver contemporary people solutions that enhance leadership capability, workforce performance and employee experience.

Reporting to the Senior People and Capability Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational advice across a broad range of people matters, contribute to workforce planning, organisational change and

Qualifications

Experience providing strategic and operational HR advice.
Experience in employee relations and performance management.
Ability to analyse workforce data and provide practical recommendations.
Public sector experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

Partner with leaders to provide trusted people advice and solutions that support organisational capability and workforce performance.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, industrial relations and performance management.
Support workforce planning, talent and performance initiatives, and leadership capability development across the organisation.
Analyse workforce data and trends to provide insight, identify risks and support informed decision-making.
Contribute to organisational change, culture, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of people policies and frameworks.
