Job summary

Steadfast Group Ltd. in Australia seeks a Strategic & Key Partnership Manager to build relationships with broker partners, referral networks and regional leaders, driving premium growth and new market pathways.

You will combine commercial insight with collaborative leadership, manage key partnerships, assess opportunities, and support brokers with practical commercial guidance across Miramar Commercial and Steadfast Group.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, distribution, partnerships or related areas with strong relationship-building skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial thinking, communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to translate market complexity into clear, practical insights useful in broker conversations.

Responsibilities

Create: Build and refine partnership frameworks, referral strategies and broker engagement plans.
Collaborate: Align sales, distribution, broker partners and Steadfast stakeholders for outcomes.
Challenge: Question performance, pipeline opportunities and market approach to drive smarter decisions.
Deliver: Own key partnership relationships and growth initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Support: Provide brokers with clarity, responsiveness and practical commercial guidance.
