This full-time role blends strategic outreach with hands-on client acquisition, supported by a proven sales framework and a founder-led sales tradition.

You will win new small-business clients, manage inbound opportunities, generate outbound leads, and collaborate with the founder and GM to scale the sales function.

• Proven salesperson or business developer

Responsibilities

• Win new small-business clients using a proven consultative sales methodology
• Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities
• Proactively generate new business through outbound activity
• Leverage your network and build relationships within the small-business community
• Attend networking events and environments where business owners congregate
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges
• Qualify opportunities to ensure genuine fit
• Collaborate with the founder to improve sales capability
• Maintain disciplined activity, pipeline management and reporting
• Work with the GM of Client Delivery to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery
• Mentor and potentially lead future sales team
