Job summary

Wild Women On Top Pty Ltd seeks a high-energy, people-loving Workplace Partnerships Manager (Part-time) to drive Coastrek’s Workplace Team program and build lasting relationships with corporate organisations across Australia. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll attract, engage and retain workplace teams, delivering engaging experiences, fundraising outcomes and positive wellbeing impacts.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, relationship management, business development or sales.
• Ability to build and maintain corporate relationships.
• Confident presenting to organisations and stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness to meet participation, revenue and fundraising targets.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Belief in wellness and purpose-driven fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Grow Coastrek’s Workplace Team program and corporate partnerships across Australia.
• Manage relationships with workplace champions and key stakeholders; report to the CEO.
• Identify and convert new workplace opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
• Deliver presentations and provide exceptional support throughout the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams and charity partners to maximise engagement and fundraising outcomes.
• Inspire workplaces to participate, fundraise and achieve targets; manage event experiences.
