Job summary

Bridgit is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager in Sydney to own and grow our brand’s digital presence. This hands-on role blends strategy with shooting, editing, and publishing content across key channels.

You’ll manage Bridgit’s social channels, lead a local content calendar, storyboard with creators, and drive lead generation and website traffic. A strong storyteller with experience on LinkedIn and Meta ecosystems is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in managing and growing brand social media channels.
• Hands-on content creator with ability to shoot and edit on mobile/desktop.
• Strong storyteller; can guide external contractors on scripts and storyboards.

Responsibilities

• Own Bridgit’s key social channels with consistent, professional brand presence.
• Capture content, basic video editing, and image production for ongoing publishing cadence.
• Manage storyboarding and editing workflows with external creators for hi-fi content.
• Lead frontline community engagement: comments and DMs.
• Ensure content aligns with Bridgit’s brand direction and marketing strategy.
• Use channels strategically to drive lead generation, traffic and measurable outcomes.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices; apply learnings to performance.
• Report marketing effectiveness and insights to stakeholders.
