Bridgit is a leading fintech lender in Australia, empowering homeowners to unlock property equity. We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to bring our brand to life across channels, working with a growing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager.

You’ll contribute to brand, content, and product marketing while gaining hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing. With 2+ years in marketing, you’ll help deliver integrated campaigns, manage content calendars, and support go-to-market

Qualificações

• 2+ years in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment or startup.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with strong initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Keen eye for detail, creative flair, eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across key channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to roll out impactful brand campaigns.
• Conduct research into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity.
• Assist go-to-market plans for new product features and releases.
• Help ensure product experience aligns with brand identity and value proposition.
• Collaborate across the business to communicate product updates clearly.
• Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunity.
• Manage content calendar from ideas to publishing.
• Craft or coordinate content supporting marketing and product goals.
• Ensure messaging remains consistent with broader strategy.
• Partner with Marketing Manager to measure and analyse campaign performance.
• Use insights to optimise future marketing efforts and highlight wins.
• Gain experience in digital marketing, SEO, and web optimisation.
• Contribute ideas, test new approaches, and grow the marketing toolkit.
