Job summary

Bridgit is expanding its broker marketing team to accelerate growth in Australia's property-equity finance space. The Broker Marketing Manager will plan and execute broker-focused campaigns, coordinate with aggregators and industry partners, and create compelling co-branded content across emails, articles, landing pages and digital assets.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services or mortgage broking.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong B2B writing across formats (email, articles, web, collateral, social).
• Excellent written communication; simplify complex finance topics without losing accuracy.
• Experience building and sending email communications through a CRM/marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and external partners to brief and refine assets.
• Strong organisational skills; manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute broker campaigns and co-marketing initiatives (EDMs, articles, landing pages, digital assets).
• Deliver co-branded campaigns with aggregators and partners within brand guidelines.
• Develop broker-facing initiatives (product guides, use case campaigns, thought leadership).
• Manage broker communications through CRM: builds, schedules, QA, lists, segmentation.
• Deliver partner events and trade activity: logistics, invitations, signage, presentations, follow-up.
• Maintain partner and broker collateral to support active campaigns and stay current.
• Turn competitor insights into campaign ideas to sharpen Bridgit's positioning.
• Track partner campaign performance via CRM data and refine activity to lift results.
