Job summary

Northcott is seeking an experienced partnership development professional to identify, develop and progress funding opportunities across grants, trusts and foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships. The role focuses on delivering Northcott’s partnership strategy with clear priorities and long-term growth in New South Wales.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline, develop compelling proposals and establish trusted relationships with funders and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in partnership development, grants or fundraising across not-for-profit, government or corporate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and progress funding opportunities across grants, trusts and foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships.
• Develop and deliver Northcott’s partnership strategy with clear priorities and long-term growth.
• Build and manage a pipeline of funding opportunities and partnerships.
• Develop strong proposals, cases for support and partnership approaches reflecting Northcott’s impact.
• Build trusted relationships with funders, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• Represent Northcott professionally in meetings, events and partner discussions.
