Job summary

Spiire in Melbourne is seeking a People & Capability (P&C) Business Partner to join the people team. You'll partner with senior leaders across six Melbourne Business Units, coaching leaders and employees to elevate the employee experience.

You'll deliver practical and strategic guidance on people-focused initiatives, workforce planning, and leadership development, using data to inform decisions and align with Spiire's strategy.

We are seeking aPeople & Capability (P&C) BusinessPartnerto join thepeople teamhere at Spiire.As aP&C Business Partner, you’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that brings ideas to life.

Here’s what you’ll get to do:

Your portfolio will consist of the six Melbourne BusinessUnits,you will coach our leaders and employeesin elevating the employee experience. Supporting people leaders and employees, this role encompasses providing both practical and strategic guidance on people-related projects aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing a motivated and skilled workforce.

Collaborating closely with the broader P&C team, you are integral in identifying and promoting P&C initiatives throughout Spiire, always ensuring they align with the company's overarching strategy.

Some key responsibilities include:

Partnering with senior leaders across your client group

Develop people initiatives to accelerate a culture of which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Strategic initiative around system enhancement/roll out

Utilising insights and data, provide thought leadership to guide decisionmaking and offer proactive solutions to your client group.

Witha commitment to continuous improvement, collaborate with the broader P&C team to integrate effective P&C initiatives seamlessly and consistently.

Work collectively to coach leaders through reviewing and designing the organisational structure ensuring a consistent way of working.

Educate, coach and partner with leaders and employees in all aspects of people management and development.

Experience in a business partnering or P&C generalist role and an appreciation of the change management process from a people perspective.

A systems savvy individual that enjoys using data to assist in decision making

Demonstrated knowledge of organisational development and the principles of workforce planning

A passion for evolving and supporting leadership development programs and coaching leaders on a 1:1 basis

A proactive attitude and desire to take on new challenges

Experience operating across multipleBusiness Units.
