Job summary

Duratec is seeking a senior professional to lead organisation-wide learning development, capability and succession initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will design and drive programs that build workforce capability and future growth.

You will manage the LMS, develop leadership development initiatives and partner with business leaders to deliver development solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Experience delivering capability, leadership and early careers programs.
• Experience developing competency frameworks and career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Graduate, Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs to build future workforce capability.
• Design, implement and maintain career pathways, competency and development frameworks.
• Oversee LMS, learning content, governance and reporting.
• Manage training data, records and data integrity.
• Ensure training compliance, qualifications, certifications and mandatory learning.
• Coordinate internal training programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop leadership and professional development initiatives to enhance capability.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability needs and implement solutions.
• Support workforce planning and succession practices with capability insights.
• Lead a team: Content Creator, Apprentice Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, Admin Support.
