Job summary

Tandem Partners is seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Manager for a large, geographically dispersed organisation. You will translate business priorities into practical learning programs, lead capability initiatives and drive talent pipelines while remaining hands-on as new frameworks are embedded.

You will review current programs, build roadmaps, and partner with leaders to improve leadership, sales and operational capability across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Significant Learning & Development, Organisational Development, capability or talent experience within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise learning strategies and leadership, sales or operational capability programs.
• Strong talent and succession experience, including talent reviews, calibration, high-potential development and career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop an organisational development and learning roadmap aligned with business and workforce priorities.
• Review and evolve existing leadership, sales and operational learning programs.
• Build contemporary leadership pathways across emerging, frontline, operational and senior leadership populations.
• Develop sales capability across areas, including consultative selling, account management, negotiation, commercial fundamentals and digital selling.
• Lead online and blended learning initiatives, including compliance learning.
• Strengthen talent, succession and career planning practices, partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
• Use workforce, talent and learning data to identify capability gaps, measure effectiveness and demonstrate the value of learning investment.
• Partner with operational leaders, subject matter experts and external providers to deliver practical programs that translate into improved capability and performance.
