Job summary

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Organisational Development leader to shape and deliver the OD strategy across a nationally focused business.

You will diagnose needs and translate priorities into practical people solutions, strengthening leadership capability and culture for sustainable growth. You will influence senior stakeholders, oversee leadership program evolution, and lead talent and succession initiatives, inclusive of change readiness and workforce capability planning.

Qualifications

• Senior Organisational Development leadership experience.
• Expertise in leadership capability frameworks and assessment models.
• Deep knowledge of talent, succession and workforce capability practices.
• Experience with large, multi-site, operational workforces.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Delivery-focused, practical execution mindset.
