Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot, part of Accent Group, is seeking a National Training Manager ANZ to build capability and product expertise across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Alexandria, Sydney, you will lead a team of State Training Managers and partner with Store Managers and area teams to deliver practical learning experiences that align with business priorities.

You’ll design onboarding, product knowledge, leadership development and accreditation pathways, manage the LMS, monitor training impact

Qualifications

• Experience leading national or multi-site training and development functions.
• Ability to coach, motivate and drive accountability in a team.
• Strong retail or customer experience background in multi-site environments.
• Proven capability in designing engaging learning programs for frontline teams.
• Experience using LMS platforms to monitor completion and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the national training strategy and calendar.
• Lead and develop the State Training Manager team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Identify capability gaps and translate business needs into learning programs.
• Design and facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, customer experience and sales training.
• Own and evolve the accreditation pathway from Fit Technician to Master Fit.
• Lead national training programs, seminars and events and measure KPIs.
