Job summary

Management and Training Corporation – Springfield QLD is seeking an experienced Manager, Training Operations to lead the delivery of training and assessment services across the TSS business. You will report to the National Manager and guide a national team of trainers and assessors to ensure accredited and non-accredited programs meet compliance and quality standards.

You will work with stakeholders to align training with regulatory requirements, organisational objectives and industry best

Qualifications

Experience in an RTO environment with training delivery, assessment and compliance.
Strong knowledge of ASQA requirements, RTO Standards and VET systems.
Proven leadership in managing training teams and developing staff.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to obtain security clearances and travel interstate as required.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Trainers and Assessors to deliver high-quality training and assessment programs.
Ensure compliance with ASQA, RTO Standards 2025 and relevant legislation.
Drive quality assurance, continuous improvement and operational excellence in training activities.
Manage resource allocation, schedules, timetables and workforce planning for programme delivery.
Oversee assessment processes, student records and LMS compliance.
