Job summary

The Athlete’s Foot is seeking a National Training Manager ANZ to lead the strategy for building capability, confidence and product knowledge across stores in Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Alexandria, Sydney, you’ll report to the General Manager and manage a team of State Training Managers while collaborating with Store, Area and support teams to translate business priorities into impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a national or multi-site training/learning function.
• Experience coaching and developing teams across regions.
• Strong retail, sales or customer experience background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the national training strategy and calendar.
• Lead State Training Manager teams across AU and NZ.
• Own the Learning Management System (LMS) and training KPIs.
• Partner with Area/Store Managers for coaching plans.
