Job summary

Boral Ltd is seeking an experienced multi-site manager to lead our concrete operations across Melbourne's south-east, overseeing plants in Clayton, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Pakenham and Port Melbourne. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive safe, efficient production and strong financial performance.

You will build high-performing teams, manage P&L, coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, and champion Zero Harm across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in the concrete, construction, or building materials industry.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekend work when required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders across functions to deliver projects.
• Experience managing P&L and understanding finances and costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities across allocated sites, including employees and contractors on site.
• Manage plant administration and stock of raw materials.
• Report on cost estimates and monthly forecasts.
• Optimize operating assets for maximum availability and productivity.
• Provide safe and efficient leadership to Plant Managers daily.
• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
