Job summary

Boral Concrete is seeking an experienced multi-site manager to lead operations across Clayton, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Pakenham and Port Melbourne in Melbourne’s south-east. You will oversee daily plant performance, safety, quality and customer service while guiding site leaders to achieve production targets.

You will manage P&L, costs and forecasts, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across multiple concrete production plants, ensuring a safe and productive workplace

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and knowledge of the concrete, construction or building materials industry.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends when required.
• Strong leadership attributes and people management skills.
• Ability to manage, influence and build rapport with stakeholders across functions.
• Experience managing P&L statements and understanding finances and costs.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day activities of your allocated sites, including employees and contractors on site.
• Managing the day-to-day administration of the concrete plants, including stock control of raw materials.
• Reporting on cost estimates and monthly forecasts.
• Managing operating assets to achieve maximum availability and productivity.
• Providing superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Providing safe and efficient leadership to Plant Managers daily.
