Boral, Australia's largest vertically integrated construction materials company, is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Supervisor to join the Major Projects team. You will deploy and manage mobile and onsite concrete batching plants across major infrastructure and construction projects, driving safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The role requires regular travel and working away from home to support projects across Queensland and interstate when required, with a hands-on leadership

Competenze

• Experience managing contractors in construction, industrial or heavy industry environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience operating, mobilising or managing mobile concrete batching plants.
• Strong understanding of concrete batching operations and plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of crane operations and transport requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working at Heights, Forklift, EWP or other relevant plant and equipment tickets.

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Supervisor to join our Major Projects team and play a key role in delivering mobile and onsite concrete plant solutions across major infrastructure and construction projects.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Mobile Concrete Plant Manager, you will be responsible for deploying and managing mobile and onsite concrete batching plants across major projects, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers. The role requires regular travel and working away from home to support projects across Queensland and interstate when required.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate contractors, oversee plant mobilisation and commissioning activities, drive operational excellence and champion Boral's commitment to safety and performance.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver mobile and onsite concrete plant solutions safely, on time and within budget.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Knowledge of crane operations and transport requirements.

• Sound computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working at Heights, Forklift, EWP or other relevant plant and equipment tickets.
