Zusammenfassung

Boral Concrete is seeking an experienced multi-site manager to lead operations across Clayton, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Pakenham and Port Melbourne in Melbourne’s south-east. You will oversee daily plant performance, safety, quality and customer service while guiding site leaders to achieve production targets.

You will manage P&L, costs and forecasts, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across multiple concrete production plants, ensuring a safe and productive workplace

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience and knowledge of the concrete, construction or building materials industry.
• Flexibility with working hours, including weekends when required.
• Strong leadership attributes and people management skills.
• Ability to manage, influence and build rapport with stakeholders across functions.
• Experience managing P&L statements and understanding finances and costs.

We are seeking an experienced multi-site manager to join our Concrete operations, leading teams across multiple concrete production plants in Melbourne’s south-east. You will oversee our plant operations in Clayton, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Pakenham and Port Melbourne.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the operational and financial success of the plants, championing safety in the workplace and making sure our products meet a high quality assurance standard.

Your day will involve:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of your allocated sites, including employees and contractors on site
• Managing the day-to-day administration of the concrete plants, including stock control of raw materials
• Reporting on cost estimates and monthly forecasts
• Managing operating assets to achieve maximum availability and productivity
• Providing superior customer service to our internal and external stakeholders as required
• Providing safe and efficient leadership to Plant Managers daily

What Are We Looking For?
