Job summary

Marriott International at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane is seeking a Multi-Property Events Executive to lead planning and execution of events across multiple properties. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage client consultations, and ensure events align with brand standards and client expectations.

The role emphasizes creativity, organization and operational excellence to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive property success.

Qualifications

• Catering and events experience, ideally in high-volume settings.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure events progress seamlessly by coordinating with teams and clients.
• Prepare and issue banquet event orders and obtain client approvals.
• Ensure contract terms and deposits are met by dates.
• Update banquet orders and invoices with planning changes.
• Coordinate event documentation across pre-event, event and post-event phases.
• Reconcile charges and close accounts promptly.
• Manage Marriott Bonvoy point administration.
• Attend weekly operation meetings and other stakeholder meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
