Job summary

Marriott International at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane is seeking a Multi-Property Sales Manager to drive commercial success across hotels by sourcing, securing and maximizing revenue opportunities across Group, Corporate and MICE segments.

Reporting to the Multi Property Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead proactive business development, manage key accounts, build strong client relationships and collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events and Operations to achieve

Qualifications

• Proven success in driving MICE, Groups, Corporate, or Events revenue.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.
• Target-driven with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across Groups segments.
• Manage and grow key accounts to maximise revenue.
• Identify opportunities across rooms, events, food & beverage.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with MICE agencies and event planners.
• Conduct client meetings and site inspections.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations.
