Job summary

The Westin Brisbane and Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane are inviting applications for a Multi-Property Sales Manager. You will drive commercial success across multiple hotels by sourcing, securing, and maximizing revenue opportunities across the Group Segment.

Reporting to the Multi Property Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead proactive business development, account management, and revenue generation, building strong client relationships while positioning our hotels as market leaders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in driving MICE, Groups, Corporate, or Events revenue.
• Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM and hotel sales systems preferred.
• Professionalism and presentation excellence.
• Results-driven with ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts to maximise revenue and market share.
• Identify opportunities across rooms, events, food & beverage.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue targets through proactive sales activity.
• Build and maintain relationships with MICE agencies and event planners.
• Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarisation programs.
• Represent the hotels and Marriott brand at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Track performance, pipeline activity, and revenue opportunities.
