Qualifications

• Experience managing workforce mobility, immigration, relocation or talent deployment programs within a complex organisation.
• Strong capability in workforce analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with stakeholders across People & Culture, Talent Acquisition and business leadership teams to solve workforce challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobility and immigration cases with compliant and cost-effective workforce solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning to align mobility with project needs.
• Analyse workforce mobility data to generate insights for strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with immigration, relocation and mobility service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement across mobility programs to enhance employee experience and performance.
