• Lead workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipeline activities across national labour hire and PALM operations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, employers, labour sending units and government stakeholders to align workforce supply with demand.
• Develop workforce solutions, forecast labour requirements and drive mobilisation outcomes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Australia and the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste.
