Job summary

MADEC Australia is seeking a Customer Account Manager to lead frontline operations and strengthen partnerships with host employers and workers across regional Australia.

You will ensure safe, efficient delivery of workforce solutions, coordinate with Wellbeing Officers and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement while managing travel across Victoria and New South Wales. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer account management and workforce operations.
• Understanding of labour hire and employment services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workforce operations are delivered safely and efficiently across multiple locations.
• Act as the key link between host employers, workers and internal teams.
• Support customer relationships, workforce planning and operational performance.
• Collaborate with customers, Wellbeing Officers and stakeholders to meet workforce requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to strengthen service delivery and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively, balance priorities and maintain service, safety and quality.
