Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipeline activities across Australia and the Pacific.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, employers, labour sending units and government stakeholders.
• Shape workforce strategy to align supply with customer demand and drive mobilisation outcomes.
• Build workforce solutions and forecast labour requirements for national and PALM operations.
• Travel frequently across Australia, the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste to support recruitment and mobilisation.
