Bradken is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager in Perth to own and grow one of its most strategic customer relationships within the mining and mineral processing sector. You will partner with customer stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges and deliver measurable improvements that boost productivity and reduce downtime.

Qualifications
- Experience in mining or mineral processing or related industries.
- Experience in technical sales and key account management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead regular customer engagements and site visits to identify growth opportunities and deliver improvements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to support revenue growth and long-term retention.
- Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, forecasts and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams to deliver innovative customer solutions.
- Provide customer insights and market intelligence to support product development and strategy.
- Identify future customer requirements and emerging market trends to position Bradken as a strategic partner.
