Job summary

The role involves budget oversight, vendor coordination, and ongoing process improvements to deliver world-class event experiences. Based in Bellevue with travel across offices, the role requires strong leadership, client communication, and a focus on service

Qualifications

• Experience leading meetings and events teams.
• Experience building event programming aligned with client goals.
• Ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
• Track KPIs and deliverables for events and amenities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of meeting and event specialists across locations.
• Oversee planning, space preparation, service delivery and post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Track event program metrics and performance; report on KPIs.
