Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical knowledge is not required but strong leadership and supervisory experience is expected.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or engineering leadership is preferred.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills with ability to develop maintenance budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities operations for the U.S. headquarters, overseeing building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Direct and coach a technical team; manage staffing, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, and department schedules for maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergencies and drive continuous improvements across the campus.
