Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a skilled leader to head a premium retail asset and service delivery team.

You will own contractor engagements, focus on safety, and drive outstanding customer outcomes across a busy retail environment, coordinating with stakeholders and on-site teams to keep the centre operating efficiently and safely. You will lead budgeting activities, foster internal partnerships, and champion continuous improvement while developing and coaching direct reports within a globally

Qualifications

• Experience in services, facilities or operations management within retail, property or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated contractor and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk and workplace health and safety practices.
• Experience leading teams and developing employee capability.
• Financial awareness with exposure to budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the leadership and management of contractor engagements across the asset.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, retailers and key stakeholders.
• Build strong internal partnerships to support operational objectives.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Complete compliance, governance and reporting requirements accurately and on time.
• Coordinate emergency management follow-up investigations and corrective actions.
• Promote and demonstrate safe work practices across the site.
• Ensure customer outcomes remain a priority across all service delivery activities.
• Review work processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead the training, development and ongoing coaching of direct reports.
• Monitor team performance and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
