Job summary

ISS is looking for a Marketing and Internal Communications Lead to join our Melbourne CBD team, shaping campaigns and leadership messaging across internal and external channels. You’ll manage content across web, social, and digital campaigns, while supporting organisational initiatives and bid narratives.

You’ll drive case studies, oversight of digital presence, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen how ISS shows up online and in markets.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience across marketing and communications
• Experience with B2B or facilities management would be highly desirable
• Strong writing, digital content and storytelling capability
• Stakeholder confidence across diverse business areas
• Strategic + hands‑on balance

Responsibilities

• Marketing campaigns – Develop campaigns aligned to business priorities
• Content creation/management – Oversee website, digital and social content
• Internal communication – Deliver leadership updates and organisational comms
• Case studies – Develop case studies, campaign content and exec messaging
• Bid support – Craft compelling narratives and collateral for bids
