Mars is seeking an Internal Communications & Social Impact Specialist to bring our purpose to life across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead internal communications and engagement initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and help drive culture and community programs.

Reporting to the Corporate Affairs Director, you will create content across channels, support CSR initiatives, volunteering, and community partnerships, and measure impact to continuously improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Journalism or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years' experience in internal communications or corporate communications in a large organisation.
• Experience supporting change communications and working with senior leaders.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering CSR, community or social impact programs.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal communications and engagement initiatives across Mars Snacking ANZ.
• Collaborate with local senior leaders to craft compelling communications.
• Drive culture, engagement and purpose through programs and channels.
• Deliver internal communications that support business priorities and transformation.
• Lead activation of Mars signature programs, volunteering and social impact initiatives.
• Measure communication effectiveness and report outcomes.
