Job summary

ISS is looking for a Marketing and Internal Communications Lead to join our Melbourne CBD team, shaping campaigns and leadership messaging across internal and external channels. You’ll manage content across web, social, and digital campaigns, while supporting organisational initiatives and bid narratives.

You’ll drive case studies, oversight of digital presence, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen how ISS shows up online and in markets.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience across marketing and communications
• Experience with B2B or facilities management would be highly desirable
• Strong writing, digital content and storytelling capability

Marketing and Internal Communications Lead

Our team is growing and we’re looking for a Marketing and Internal Communications Lead to join us in our Melbourne CBD office.

Working closely with our marketing and communications team, you’ll contribute across both internal communication and external marketing. Bringing campaigns to life, supporting leadership communication and organisational initiatives, and strengthening how we show up across our digital channels including web, social media and campaign activity.

You will help shape campaign or positioning work, contributing to brand initiatives or improving our digital presence. Other days you’ll be hands‑on creating content, managing digital and social campaigns, or supporting communications that build connection, confidence and momentum across the business.

Key Responsibilities
